DRINK DRIVER ARRESTED FOLLOWING COLLISION

On 18/09/2026 at 22:50 we were called to a two-vehicle collision on Albert Road involving a blue Ford Focus and red Suzuki Swift.

Officers attended and a roadside breath test was conducted on the driver of the Focus who blew over the legal limit.

Both vehicles suffered considerable damage and required recovery.

The 22-year-old male Focus driver, from Coton Green, was arrested for drink driving.

He has since been released under investigation.
